Services we provide:
• Network security
We make sure that only people who require access to the network have it. Through user names and passwords we insure that only those people authorized by you have access. Encrypting wireless devices keeps access to your network secure to you. These are only a few of the services we provide to maintain your network security. Firewall configuration and virus detection compliment the other security services we provide.
• IT infrastructure design
We provide for all comprehensive services to configure your IT infrastructure. It could mean anything from the way the system is wired to the logical set up of the network. Sometimes it may involve the locations of your servers that may be a dedicated server or so specific as to address just e mail.
• Network troubleshooting
Identification and resolution of problems that have to do with the network such as internet connectivity or inability to connect to file sharing or to access printers across a network
• Workstation repair
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on workstations such as faulty or failing hard drives, CPU fans, DVD drives, and power supplies.
• Proactive diagnosis
As a National IT customer, we truly want to become your IT department. We recommend that you allow us to schedule quarterly maintenance visits so that we can review your entire network and prevent any future problems that may create business interruption. It is recommended that you set aside 2 – 5 hours per quarter for maintenance. If and when a problem is found you (the customer) will be notified immediately, and you will be given our recommendation on the best course of action. Though maintenance visits can be set up well in advance, National IT will contact you several days in advance to schedule these visits.
Typical of quarterly maintenance is the detection and elimination of spy ware and viruses through the use of various scans. In addition, most computers need defragmentation and running an error check of the hard drives.
• Business continuity development
Through our sister company, ITBBC, our state of the art business backup system, we ensure that your data is not only backed up in many locations, but that you will be operational in a matter of hours. ITBBC replaces your office during a business closing disaster. The ITBBC staff works alongside your disaster recovery staff to stabilize business operations, communicate with your employees, and support the reopening of your facility. In addition, we archive your critical business documents to insure the continuity of your business.
• Hardware and Software
While National IT Network Solutions is not a hardware or software provider, we will make recommendations and purchase these items for you through a third party. National IT will not add a markup to those items. However, any custom software development will be quoted and charged accordingly. Any and all warranties provided by the third party vendor will be passed along directly to you.
• Remote Access
National IT Network Solutions highly recommends allowing us remote access to your network. For services performed remotely, our rate is based on $90 per hour with no one-hour minimum. Services are automatically billed in 15 minute intervals. No travel time fees are incurred saving you time and money.
• 24/7 Support
National IT Customers have the luxury of being able to rely on our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The customer support hotline is always open and we guarantee to be working on a solution to your problem within one (1) hour of your call. Remote access is a key tool that allows National IT to react and solve problems in a timely manner. Getting your network back up and running as soon as possible is our number one goal.
